Eight weeks to your first paying customer & measurable results.
Business coaches rarely know how a product gets built. Technologists rarely know how the first money comes in. I have raised USD 1.8 million in non-dilutive funding, and I have built teams and products from zero to the market, on the technical side and on the operational side. I can help companies, and people who only have an idea, to start something big.
We deserve to hold capital in our hands.
Two ways to work with me
Choose the door that fits you.

- Idea review and next steps CHF 150
- Stuck session CHF 250
- Founder Sprint, eight weeks CHF 3,000
- The same sprint in a group CHF 600
- Investment advisory, pre-seed and seed pre-seed & seed

Companies & institutions
For companies, universities and organisations. Programmes built for tangible results, not another slide deck.
- AI Sprint for your team, six weeks CHF 4,500
- Founder programmes for cohorts and accelerators per cohort
- Talks and lectures in three languages on request
Why me
I have built it
Three companies. One AI product taken from an idea to 70,000 users and global partners including NVIDIA, AWS and PwC. One patent filing. Our technology presented twice at CES in Las Vegas.
I have funded it
USD 1.8 million in non-dilutive funding, plus the accelerators, the paperwork, the acceptances and the rejections behind it.
I have succeeded, lost and restarted
Many times. I sold my share in a profitable company, built good teams, went through painful breaks, a bankruptcy and M&A processes. The things most founders prefer not to talk about, and the experience that can save you years and enormous resources.
And I have done the work, hands on
Years in operations with startups and technology projects, delivering agile and stage gate under time pressure. I developed my own delivery methodology and cut costs across multiple products. That is what you get in a sprint: not theory, but the sequence that worked.

Not sure which one fits?
Send me two sentences about where you are. I answer within two working days.
For founders
I work with women who want to turn an idea into a real product: ICT, deep tech, edtech, retail, physical products and physical projects. Two situations bring them here. Either you have an idea and no map, or you already started and the money is not coming.
This is you, version one
- You have an idea you cannot stop thinking about, and no idea where to start
- You have researched for months and built nothing yet
- You are waiting to feel ready, or qualified enough
This is you, version two
- Your project has been running for a year and still does not feed you
- Clients arrive by accident and you cannot explain why some buy and some do not
- You charge less than the work is worth, and keep postponing the price change
- You know what to do and you are not doing it: writing, calling, asking, showing up
How I choose who I work with
I take on only teams, individuals and projects I strongly believe in, and where I know I can be helpful. Please do not take it personally if I say no. I cannot bring you forward or introduce you to my network if I do not believe in the project, or if it is not my domain.
Idea review and next steps60 minutes
CHF 150One hour, one idea, no preparation needed.
- We stress test the idea against real demand
- We name the one risk that decides everything
- You leave with one page: the shortest path to a first customer
Stuck session90 minutes
CHF 250For a project that is halfway, or in the middle of a pivot, and not paying.
- We test four suspects: the offer, the price, the channel, and you
- You leave with one hypothesis, not ten things to fix
- Plus a plan for the next thirty days that fits your real week
Founder Sprint, one to one8 weeks
CHF 3,000Weekly sessions with me, plus work between them. Built to run alongside a job.
- Weeks 1 to 2: customer interviews, positioning, prototype mapping
- Weeks 2 to 5: building a PoC or MVP, depending on the industry, plus external validation
- Weeks 6 to 7: pricing, the offer, first sales or LoIs
- Week 8: preparing you for first investment, DD room, investment acquisition strategy
- Throughout: the blocks in your own head, where most projects actually stall
- Payable in three parts
The same sprint in a group10 to 15 women
CHF 600Eight weeks as a cohort: weekly live sessions, peer accountability, and a closing demo where you present what you built. Founding price for the first group in exchange for honest feedback. One seat in every cohort is free for a woman who cannot pay.
Join the waiting listInvestment advisory and brokeragepre-seed & seed
from CHF 1,200Investment is not an achievement, it is an obligation. Before you take it, we look at paid pilots, your letters of intent and at non-dilutive funding. I take three companies per quarter, because warm introductions only work if I believe in what I am introducing.
- Deck, data room, and the questions investors will actually ask
- Non-dilutive funding strategy, the money that costs no equity
- Investor list, warm introductions, pitch training
- Before your first round: a smaller fixed fee, and the rest when money lands
Retreat hackathonMay 2027
pre-registrationFor a selected group of women entrepreneurs. Seven days on Madeira Island.
We start the morning with a Rapid Transformational Therapy session with an accredited psychologist who sets your mind to success, followed by meditation. Then we work intensively on the product or project of your dream, brainstorm in groups, and build from zero to a first tangible result. In the course of the day we also have yoga, dancing, hiking, and of course nice dinners with panoramic views.

Who this is for
Right fit
You have an idea or early traction, you can give it five to seven hours a week, and you want a paying customer rather than a perfect plan.
Also right
You run something already and it stalled. You suspect the problem is not the market but the way you sell, price or ask. Usually you are right.
Wrong fit
You want investment before a customer, or you want someone to build it for you. I will say so in the first call and not take your money.
Questions I get asked
I only have a vague idea. Is it too early?
No. That is exactly the stage nobody serves. Accelerators want a prototype and a registered company. The idea review costs CHF 150 and tells you honestly whether the idea is worth eight weeks.
My project already exists. Is the sprint not too basic for me?
No, it is faster. We skip what you have already solved and go straight to what is broken: usually the offer, the price or the channel. If a stuck session shows you need one fix, I will tell you that instead of selling you eight weeks.
Can I do it next to a full time job?
Yes. The sprint is designed for five to seven hours a week. Most women I work with have a job, children, or both.
What if I cannot pay right now?
The sprint is payable in three parts, and one seat in every group is free. Tell me your situation in the form and I will be straight with you about what is possible.
What language do we work in?
English, German or Russian, whichever you think in.
What exactly is the work on blocks?
Short, structured sessions on what stops you from charging properly, being visible, or asking for what you need. It is not therapy. If something deeper comes up, I will say so plainly and point you to the right professional.
Companies & institutions
Six weeks to measurable results: hours saved, processes running, people who can keep going without me. For companies, universities and organisations. Programmes built for tangible results, not another slide deck.
AI Sprint for your team6 weeks, weekly
CHF 4,500One session a week, in your company, with the people who do the work. The goal is simple: cut the time and optimise the costs your company spends today.
- Week 1: where the hours and budgets are eaten, which tasks are worth automating, clear KPIs established
- Weeks 2 to 5: each participant builds an AI agent on a real process of their own, and learns prompting and the tools that matter, or how to use your current tools in the most effective way
- Week 6: evaluation, what worked, what to roll out, what to stop
- You keep everything built, plus a rollout plan your team understands
Founder programmes for cohortsaccelerators
per cohortThe Founder Sprint delivered as a programme for universities, accelerators, innovation initiatives and development organisations: mentoring young founders on AI R and D, launching the product from idea to market in the most effective way, a demo day, and a report on clear tangible results. Priced per cohort, not per head.

Advisory and product diagnostics
tell meDelivery that has gone sideways, a product that is not selling, partnership strategy with cloud and AI providers. If I am not the right person, I will say so in the first call and point you to someone better.
Send a specific requestWhy companies call me
Ten years delivering technology products, including as an AWS and NVIDIA partner, and an AI company of my own where every franc had to earn itself back.
Nothing theoretical
No tool tour. Your processes, your data, your people, and something that works at the end of the six weeks.
Your team can run it
The goal is that the work continues after I leave, not a dependency on a consultant.
Honest scoping
Some processes should not be automated at all. You will hear that before you pay for it.
The method
A traditional design sprint, totally rebuilt and adjusted for people who need money and a working business rather than presentations and months of ideation. It works the same whether you start from an idea or from a project that stalled, only the starting week changes. For ICT, edtech, femtech, IoT, physical products and businesses.
What it produces
- Market study and market evaluation
- Feedback from potential customers
- A prototype
- A clear WBS
- A clear roadmap
- A clear budget
- A pitch deck that prepares you for fundraising, or for a pivot
What it is not
- Not a course you watch alone
- Not a business plan for a drawer
- Not motivation without numbers
- Not a promise that every idea survives
Why most startups never reach the market
The sprint attacks all three: demand first, money early, and a first version in weeks rather than half a year.
Eight weeks, step by step

How I got here
I grew up in a village in Belarus. I was raising a child alone while doing my Master's in Finance. I started my first company at twenty three, a logistics firm that made money for years, and I exited it after six years. Then I moved to Switzerland and began again from zero. More than 250 job rejections in my first year here, including McDonald's.
Later I entered the IT world. Ten years of delivering technology products, including inside AWS and NVIDIA partner organisations, a Master's at ETH Zurich in Applied Technologies, and two companies of my own. One was IT outsourcing. The other was an AI product: from an idea to 70,000 users, partners including NVIDIA, AWS and PwC, a patent filing, USD 1.8 million in non-dilutive funding, and our technology presented twice at CES in Las Vegas and in Cambridge. The last company ended in bankruptcy.
So: I have succeeded multiple times, I have lost, and I have restarted again and again. Many times. Good exits, good teams, painful breaks, a bankruptcy, M and A processes. Most founders prefer not to talk about that half. It is exactly the half that saves you years and enormous resources.
Today I am a guest lecturer at FHNW and HSLU, act as a sparring partner for startups at the ETH Student Project House, and I work with women who have an idea and no map.
I also work with companies, and not only to teach teams about AI, prompt engineering and tools. I come in to assess processes: where the budget leaks, where the time leaks, department by department, and whether AI, robotisation or plain automation can close it. I show teams how to build their own AI agents, and where it makes more sense, I point to how and with whom to build the right tool in a cost efficient way.
I build meaningful partnerships.
As an entrepreneur, three questions decide everything for me. Does it save money? Does it help to earn more? How fast, and at what cost? If all three match, we go full in with the company.
